It starts with translating what the investor is looking to achieve into a brief to identify the characteristics of the appropriate property investment. Genero will then research areas and specific properties that match the investment brief. A short list of properties will then be put to the investor.
Genero Group will also assist in negotiating the terms of a sale and in setting up the property for rental. The service allows investors to leverage our experience to help them lower their risk and achieve their investment goals faster.

Search and Selection Brief | With an understanding of the needs and objectives of the investor this can be translated into property terms and form a property search brief.This brief will then be confirmed and agreed with the investor which formalises our instructions. The investor will also need to confirm they have the capacity to act on any proposals within agreed time-frames as time is often a critical negotiating tool. |
Research | Starting with researching the target areas through to researching the specifics of the property. Genero uses its experience, contacts and access to data to give the investor the edge when making an investment decision. |
Selection | An initial shortlist of up to 3 properties will be presented. This will confirm that Genero property investment group and the investor are in agreement on the execution of the brief. Negotiation and further research will then take place on the preferred property. |
Settlement | Genero property investment advice Sydney can assist the investor as required in moving through the sales process to settlement and can help in some of the other aspects needed such as finding a good property manager. |
What Will It Cost Me?
Genero charges a fee to partner with you. A considerable amount of time and expertise will be committed to finding you the right property and to purchase it for the right price on the right terms. This can save you significant money upfront and then the longer term investment returns may improve by taking advantage of our experience.
The cost of this service is 2.5% of the purchase price of the property plus GST up to a maximum of $15,000. To confirm your commitment an initial engagement fee of $4,500 plus GST is charged on acceptance of the brief. The remainder is due on settlement.
